I have been very happy with his matter-of-fact approach but do find he responds best if I keep my end of the conversation to the point. He listens and gives a solution - I don't need him to do anything else. He has been super great with my kids, and his office does a great job squeezing them in last-minute for concerns like ear-infections.”
