“I was in Vernon for a week visiting family and was apprehensive about going to a GoodLife that is not my home club but this location was great! I was able to go mid-day so it was not super busy, and although it is smaller than the gym at home, it had all the essentials to get in a great workout. The facility was clean and the equipment was well maintained and organized. There seemed to only be 1-2 people working at one time and they seemed to do a great job since they had the whole club to take care of on their own. Would highly recommend!”

The gym is clean and the equipment top of the line. (3+ squat racks and benches). Only downside is they sometimes mop during the day which can be annoying.”
