Great service in the Vernon office! Car was great, didn’t have a single problem and very clean!

As a rental agency in general, I've always liked the convenience and price of Enterprise. However, the office in Vernon and more specifically it's agent Mohammed are both excellent.

From sensibly suggesting an upgrade to all wheel drive with winter tires and ensuring the car was ready exactly when needed to fixing issues caused by MY credit card provider and handling all aspects professionally, Mohammed went above and beyond the call.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this business is clearly deserving.

Hired a few vehicles from here. Mohammed is always super helpful and provides a fantastic service. Hired a car a few days ago and he asked where we was going and he suggested a 4WD vehicle as the snow is going to be pretty heavy. He was not wrong and the vehicle he gave us was perfect for it. We needed a car to get us to a very important doctors appointment in Vancouver. Not excited for that trip whatsoever until we saw the car we were taking! We were upgraded from economy to a 2018 mustang at no charge, and it honestly made the trip for us! Customer service was amazing, car was amazing, cannot give enough stars to these guys!
