Came in for food and drinks. Not really a cocktail guy but after Michael explained to me the cocktail program and how Joel and himself forage their ingredients, infusing syrups and spirits with local indigenous ingredients I took his recommendation and had a drink personalized for my palate. Amazing flavours and beautiful presentation.
We started off with the quail and shared the halibut as we weren't too hungry.
The food was sublime. The chefs show all of the items respect. Even the vegetables, giving each item a distinct flavour and personality.
Michael made a point of giving credit to the chefs and explaining to us how passionate they are about their craft.
The service was impeccable and not overbearing. I'm surprised to see so much talent and passion in the small town. Gives top restaurants in Vancouver a run for their money.
Will definitely be back again next year!
From check-in to check-out this place was FABULOUS. Staffs at the front desk were super helpful from checking you in to explaining the resort facilities with detailed explanations and hour of operation. I was sad that I was only staying here for one night if I had known what this place offered I would've planned to stay here longer. Rooms are spacious, comes with a full kitchen, a laundry in the room, nice tub and a separate shower and a balcony with a BBQ. The resort has indigenous cultural centre which is like a museum, a winery, walking trail, 2 outdoor heated pools, and a fantastic restaurant that has really delicious food and great beverage option. You can walk in the vineyard, or do a horseback riding. This was my first time visiting this resort but definitely will not be my last. Great place. Worth every penny. 1000% recommend
We stayed in a king corner suite and it was great. Rooms were very large and well appointed. Furnishings looked like new as did the flooring. Good Covid policies in place. Restaurant was very nice with a large patio. While we didn’t eat there we did see meals being delivered to other tables and food looked good . Nice adult pool too. One downside was we could hear people walking in the room above. I would insist on a room on the top floor next time. Very friendly staff.
Also if you are buying fruit or produce go to Keremeos as it is way cheaper
Even though there was some mix reviews regarding the lack of service due to lack of staffing, my husband and I had a pleasant stay last week. The room size was decent but were clean. Beds were comfy. However, we wished they had a standard room with a king size bed available vs 2 queen beds. AC could've been stronger in the bedrooms. Pool service was great and loved that their was a golf course on site. Overall, we will definitely come back next time when we're in Osoyoos!
