“Beautiful RV resort, so clean and well cared for. Management and staff were excellent, and so knowledgeable about the area, even helped organize a wine tour. Well cared for pool and the sites are spacious, you don't feel cramped. Beautiful views and great beach front to walk. We recommend this resort to all our friends.”

“Stayed at the Lakeview recently for a weekend family trip. We had a two bedroom suite on the second floor and were amazed at how clean and upgraded the suite was. The king beds in the bedroom were just an added blessing. The suite itself had a full sized fridge, microwave, stove and utensils for our use. Walking distance to the beach, and if you're up for it, walking distance to the main part of town. The owners take great pride in their work and it shows.. we've already booked for another weekend.”

“My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice place to stay in Osoyoos and we stumbled upon the most amazing home and its wonderful proprietors. Kristine and Terry are two of the nicest people I've ever met and boy can they cook! No menus here, Kristine made us a varying assortment of delicious 2 course breakfasts each one out doing the last. Fresh homemade waffles, pancakes baked with jam, omelets packed with goodies and a fresh bowl of fruit and homemade muffins/bread to start. Fresh smoothies or orange juice also accompanied the coffee. Portions are huge so keep some of the fruit and muffins/bread for snacks later when you hit the beach. And their home is beautiful. They only have 1 bedroom so privacy isn't an issue. We stayed downstairs in a little suite complete with a wonderfully comfy queen size bed. There is also a small fridge (to store all those leftovers!) a toaster oven, microwave and BBQ. All in all this wonderful place with its wonderful owners invite you in and treat you like family, friends and treasured guests. Highly recommend.”

“Great Quality Toilet Paper. Very Important. Stacey was on top of our needs and accomodated us without any fuss. At our age 60's this is important. Unit had no issues. Housekeeping was good. Returning next year now that we found this jewel.”

“Called last minute to see if there was a room for us (and our pooch). We got the last available room, which was a suite. It ended up being cheaper than the other hotel we tried and had more amenities. Fridge, freezer, oven/stove, microwave, dishes and cooking utensils. The locks were secure. Right across the street was the lake which was absolutely lovely. Would definitely stay there again!”

“The rooms are older and dated but clean. If you are coming here you are staying for the shared waterfront patio. Staff has been friendly and the BBQ area is a hit. Pack some plates a knife and Cutlery with you to utilize it! The air-conditioning can be loud but it works well. The atmosphere is peaceful and calm. Friendly to anyone who would want to come to this location. Has many pants planted. With a face lift this could be a real special place!”

“Pick up your sweetie in your '57 Chevy or pack up your family in the ol' station wagon and head on down to this vintage motor inn!! Although lacking some of the "modern" conveniences, this motel has everything you really need. Super clean, comfortable and completely updated it is just steps from a beautiful beach. Friendly staff and a perfect location make it a great flashback stay. We will be back!”

“Lovely motel, old but clean and well-maintained. We booked here last minute, needing an extra couple nights in Osoyoos. Owner was very accommodating and gave us a good deal for your stay. Kitchenette was well-stocked with utensils, dishes, pots/pans, we had everything we needed. The room was short on power outlets (no outlets in the bathroom, for example), so we had to get creative with plugging and using hair appliances, something to keep in mind. The location is not on the major highway, so very quiet, and the bedrooms face a farm adjacent to the back of the property, so nights were very quiet! Picnic and BBQ area out front has a lovely garden. As for access to beaches, the motel is only a 15min walk from the main city beach, which is a fair compromise for more affordable accommodations. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend for a quiet, comfortable stay in Osoyoos for a reasonable price.”

“This is a very nice RV facility. Clean and quiet. Concrete parking pads. Easy to get any size rig in. Clean washroom and showers. Lovely private beach, with a good combination of sand and grass with shade. A compressor to blow up your floaties. A dock and a raft. Roped of swimming area. There is a bicycle/walking path that runs along the Lakeshore into town. Close to wineries and fruit stands.”

“As of 2021 the waterslides have been decommissioned. The waterslide's were fun, but the lots were pretty small and the fees were expensive. Staff were friendly but campers arnt offered a premium rate on waterslides when camping there. No hand soap in washrooms, great view of the city. Will probably not be coming back as the provincial campgounds are cheaper and lots are larger.”

“What a great find! We were looking for a dog friendly motel and I stumbled upon the Bella Villa Resort. Great location, walking distance to town center and the motel is right on the beach with it's own beach front. What more can you ask for. We had such a great time vacationing with our dogs! We felt so lucky to find this motel that we have been back a couple of times with our dogs and have already booked for next year. The rooms are great! They are spacious and clean with everything you need to be comfortable.”

“There were a few small issues but overall I would go there again. I went with my parents (seniors), my sister and 2 year old niece. The room was a little small but we made it work. I was surprised that the pull out was as comfortable as it was. The renovation updates were noted and the courtyard was nice and hidden from the outside traffic, had a lovely pool and kiddie pool that was perfect for my niece. I used the BBQ, there were 2 to use, and was surprised how clean it was. There was an issue with some clients and Manni dealt with it extremely well unfortunately the police had to be called. The staff/family owners were mainly friendly and helpful that I dealt with. Now the negatives they're small but a few: There was no coffee machine (they said because of Covid) but there was a kettle that did not work There was no room/maid service during our stay (because of Covid) There was no door handle on the fridge There was a burst pipe near the kiddie pool where people slipped and they could get a law suit and mentioned it. It is a big issue and was only cleaned once during our 5 days stay. The frying pans were horrible and no cleaning products left for us to clean them. The cutlery was all miss and matched and the coffee cups were tiny. Plates did not match and not enough for 5 people. No cutlery tools to help with the BBQ. Some outlets did not all work. As beautiful as the courtyard was the rose bush was covered with dead heads and would take 10 minutes to cut them off allowing the bush to have new rose buds (landscaper in the family) The last thing is whenever I have left a hotel, motel etc. the response is " I hope you had a nice stay" NOT " Check out is 10:30 not 11:00!" . We had taken a little extra time with a 2 year old and we had folded all the bed sheets and towels we use in a neat and tidy pile. Not once did a maid come to clean the room while we were packing up to leave so we did not cause any issue. The check out girl was young but if it is a family operated hotel you should know how to treat and talk to your clients. That irritated my father as he felt it was disrespectful as he is use to be treated with respect. There was a list of small negatives (that are able to deal with) but we still had a great family vacation as it has been years since we have all have been able to get together for a family vacation.”
