(September 5, 2018, 9:21 pm)I was very shocked and disappointed that Bliss Bakery did not offer a gluten free option for my sandwich, so I did not have a sandwich. When I had a bowl of soup, they didn't even have a gluten free option for that either. With the kind of demand out there right now for gluten free products, I have to say they are only hurting themselves.????
(February 27, 2018, 10:50 pm)I'll preface this by saying i don't normally write reviews. But i went into Cobs the other day looking for a savoury snack. The lady behind the counter apologized and explained they can only leave those items out for a certain amount of time. She asked me what kind I'd been hoping for and gave it to me for no charge! I tried to insist on paying or at least giving her the equivalent as a tip but she wouldn't hear it. It's great to know there are corporate places like this out there that still give genuine, exceptional customer service.
