I ALWAYS shop at ez vape, and get great service. This is a situational complaint.
I've not been able to have the questions answered in store. I would like to get in touch with the Owner's because what I'm needing seems to be something the manager's don't want to do.
I'm not sure what to do at this point so I'm hoping this will be seen by someone who has the authority to make decisions :)
