Staff was great, good selection, found the tile we wanted and all the accessories to DIY the install. Great advise on colours, grout choices. All in all a good experience, definately going back for our next project

Nufloors installed our living room carpet in October. (Installer was great.) Subsequent to having the 1200 lb piano reinstalled, we discovered that the carpet was flawed throughout - more than a dozen "low rows" visible as lines through the carpet from wall to wall. (The flaw was not at all apparent in the low light of a late October afternoon, so I don't blame the installer.) The manufacturer offered a small compensation for the flaw. I was not happy with that - the expense of moving the piano was far more than the compensation. After some back and forth with Mohawk, Brad at Nufloors stepped in and went to bat for us and Mohawk has agreed to replace the carpet and provide for the moving of the grand piano! Thank-you Thank-you. Issue resolved!!!
