Called in the morning to see if we could get someone in on short notice to service our leaking sink and clogged shower.. Despite being short staffed and with very short notice someone came and solved the problem for us! Awesome service guys! Way to get the job done!
This was the 1st time I've used Quality First Plumbing and I can't say enough about their service. #1 Reliability - they came when they said they would. #2 Consideration - they came on short notice several times to ensure I had the least inconvenience as possible during my kitchen renovation. #3 Attitude - everything was possible even tho' the renovation was somewhat non-traditional. Patient with questions and requests. Friendly. #4 Skill - I'm no plumber but everything is working well. #5 Cost - The invoice was less than expected. Highly recommend Quality First for anyone's plumbing needs.
