“I needed a canopy for my truck on a tight timeline. Arrow had one in stock and as promised by Amanda, they got it painted and installed on time. Unfortunately after it was installed we noticed a few paint imperfections. Arrow totally backed up their product, giving us priority the following week to bring the canopy back in for repainting that section. The result is flawless and while it was back, we had them install a Yakima roof rack track system. Sammy threw in a set of locking cylinders for free for our trouble. Truck canopies are persnickety - the team at Arrow are very knowledgeable about their products and went the extra mile to make it right.”
