“Showed up with my excited toddler and he soon changed his mind and decided he didn’t want a haircut anymore. I had my other son with me so he sat down for a haircut so at least someone was getting done and Kelby did an amazing job. My other child decided he was down for a haircut after he saw his brother get one so we got him in his chair and the haircut I wanted for him was all scissors. Kelby was very patient and calm which was very helpful and didn’t mind that I had to recruit grandma on video chat to help talk him through it. We had a bad experience last time we came here with our toddler because Amanda just buzzed his head and he was really upset about that for a while so perhaps that trickled over to this visit at first. Kelby cuts my husbands hair and is amazing at that so him cutting our sons heads was a no brainer for us. Amazing experience, very happy”
