Went in a couple of days ago to book an oil change. They were booked into the middle of May. The young guy behind the counter said just a minute. How about tomorrow morning he says. They had never seen me before but went out of their way to me. Left the car late that day Phone call next morning 9:30 come and get it.

Pads, rotors and tie rod done in a day for a good price, staff are friendly and went above and beyond. Will be using it as my go to place now.

We were visting from out of town and our car died in Powell River. Called BCAA and City Motors is their only contractor in Powell River. Christian called and gave an ETA when he would be there. He came out and was very helpful and friendly. Towed our car late on Sunday and told us to call at 9am on Monday. So I called at 9am and talked to Rob who was also very friendly over the phone. Rob listened to the issues we had with the car and I mentioned that we were supposed to leave by Friday. He looked at it right away and called back to say it was the alternator. It was fixed by 3pm that day. Went to pick it up and the staff we dealt with were very friendly. We were very happy with the service and outcome!
