Lillooet Museum

Really surprised by how good this was. Packed with amazingly well preserved stuff from the 19th and early 20th century. It really gave me a view into the daily life of my great great grandparents. Best provincial museum I've ever seen.

If you are passing through Lillooet you should stop in and say hi! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't mind my many questions!

Amazing museum and incredible staff (apologies I didn't catch your names!). Very knowledgeable and a good sense of humour. My Dad and I learnt a lot from the nice lady who talked us through most of the items there - she also has a beautiful dog we were lucky enough to meet! I highly recommend the museum if you're in the area.

Wonderful local museum packed full of historic items ...

We visit here as part of our journey of
"Gold rush trail history" all the old utensils and stuff is amazing to see how they preserve it and well maintain it.
This is a free visitation but they have a donation fee to maintain the museum.
Its very details all knowlegable all the stuff from history.
