Reynolds Hotel

What a fun place. The rooms are small, but have everything you need (including plenty of hangers and a shelf that perfectly fit two motorcycle helmets). The staff (Alex and the front desk and our server in the bar) was super warm, funny and friendly, but also right on top of things. And I know it's a thing people say, but we really did have the best burgers on a two month trip in their bar (with incredibly fresh, delicious coleslaw on the side).

Outstanding fish & chips with huge portions. Fish & chips with 2x fillets will feed 2x people.

Very decent salad & other menu items. Friends have said they have never had a bad order from the menu over 3x visits.

So a bit of background to my trip here. My car broke down in the mountains, Lillooet was the closest town to me so I ended up being stuck for somewhere to stay, I was very lucky I picked Reynolds hotel for a few reasons! Firstly there food was very nice and they kept it warm for me as I was on the phone sorting out the car! Secondly the room we received was very spacious and priced very well! Best of all was how helpful the receptionist chuck was! Very friendly and willing to help me, he located a driver to help me continue my journey the next morning and took care of items that I wanted to give to charity so I didn’t have to bring them with me on my trip!! Above and beyond I was delighted with the service!! I’d highly recommend to someone passing!!

Very accommodating. I made a mistake with the booking but they corrected it quickly and we were pleased with the result. Comfy beds, very clean and tidy. Had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. The water pressure of the hot water was a bit low in our room but it didn’t cause a problem for us. Will definitely use this hotel again.
