InSauna Brackendale

We both had a great first cold plunge experience at insauna. From the minute we got there the vibe was welcoming and calm. The sauna was clean and spacious . It had lovely essential oils and a blue tooth speaker if you wanted soothing music. The cold plunge was simple but effective it helped with a lot with fatigue in my lower limbs. We loved the Massage it was very nourishing and soothing exactly what we needed in the cold winter months and the chat/debrief afterwards was 🫶🏽 Liz words helped me release and surrender all that I was holding. Liz’s kind and calming energy was awesome 👌🏽Thank-you so so much Liz🦋

Lovely, spacious sauna and private changing area with huge window onto the garden and the cold plunge tub! Overall cycle experience of sauna, cold plunge, and relaxation in the garden was great.
