Charlie is a dog whisperer - there is no other way to describe the magic she is able to achieve working with your dog. We have a 1 year old great dane who was reactive to children, cars, bikes, scooters and dogs. Charlie worked with us to get Ethel comfortable and happy around her triggers. She is an excellent coach and communicator. 100/10 would recommend every time!

Amazing doesn’t even come close to describing Charlie!

We got a puppy at the end of the summer last year to be a companion for our only child. It was very important for us to have a well behaved dog. My husband who works from home would have little tolerance for a dog who is hard to control.

My friend put me in contact with Charlie who was just starting her new company. Within the first conversation with Charlie I knew she would be what we needed to raise a very well behaved dog.

We did the puppy program, a six week training program where Charlie would work with us as a family and one on one with our puppy. We first started with a mandatory educational session where we learned how our dogs brain works and how he would respond best to the training. I am happy to say we have a very well behaved and pleasant dog.

Charlie did more than just train our dog, she trained and supported each one of us to be good dog owners. She also did one on ones with each family member so that we would all be able to build a relationship with our dog and the responsibility wouldn’t be left to just one family member.

As new dog owners we didn’t know what to do and Charlie was able to guide us in not only in training but husbandry as well. She taught me how to groom our dog. Charlie was also always available if I had any emergency questions about our new dogs care.

I can not recommend Charlie enough!

We've been working with Charlie at Rally The Pack for a couple of months now and have already noticed huge improvements in our 1 year old mixed breed pup! We came to Charlie with a few issues that we were struggling to get a handle on despite working with other trainers in the past, including excitement/greeting jumping, frustration, leash pulling and an intense focus on saying "hi" to other dogs when on walks, as well as the standard teenage puppy fun. Charlie took the time to get to know Kai, asking lots of questions about his background and personality. She then prepared a very thorough fundamental training that took into account his breeds, temperament, likes and dislikes as well as giving us an excellent foundation on general dog psychology and training methodology. From our first interactions with Charlie, it was clear how passionate she is about the happiness and well-being of all dogs. Our pup absolutely adores her! Charlie's approach was exactly what our boy needed, a positive approach with clear boundaries. He's making excellent progress and we're excited to continue working with Rally The Pack. Can't recommend Charlie enough!
