My house is 3 stories. A gutter at the highest location got something stacked and then become clogged after strong windy days in November. I was not able to see nor remove the obstacle from the gutter by myself as the locations were too high and beyond my scope of work. Tom was busy when I ask him availability and quote but he came to the site to take a look. He kindly advised that he doesn't think it was an emargency so I can wait till spring. About 3.5 months later in the middle of March, Tom came back and clean gutters perfectly. I would like to have Shine 99 Home Services for roofs/windows cleaning in future. Highly recommended.
