This place is special. I have a very nervous and reactivate rescue dog that doesn't play well with others and is scared of most humans. This place is usually empty, and everyone that goes there gives each other space, nobody barges in, there is seating, and a place to put your poop bags.
All I ask us if you visit that you keep the above information in mind when visiting. A lot of special needs dig use the space, so communication, kindness, and patience is key.
