Spice Root Kitchen + Bar

Nice little surprise tucked away in Squamish. We had an early dinner on the couches, very quiet and very chill. Ordered the pineapple jasmine rice and papaya salad. Both had great flavours and texture. Wish there was desserts but their Thai iced tea held me over. We intend to come back again! Definitely recommend

We went for my 45th birthday to celebrate. The place is excellent!!! After 11, the floor seating have been removed and around the bar area became a dance floor. Danced the whole night away after a mouthwatering dinner. Music was just perfect, service was excellent!!! We visited quite few weekends after each other that summer...
Great place to dine, have a meeting, or just have a party at the weekend.
Highly recommend!!!!

All foods are amazing. But my favourite is Beef n Basil. Yummy ????

I love this place. Everytime I visit Squamish, I make sure to eat here for dinner at least a few times. For the last 3 years it's been the same consistent quality.

The curries are excellent, rich, flavorful, and some have a nice kick. The stir fried beef basil dish is very tasty, the steak cuts are juicy and tender.

They serve A-Frame beer here, which goes great with dinner. And the Muay Thai cocktail is delicious.

On a slow mid-week night, a party of 8 of us surprised the only hostess, and while she was warning us that things might take some time, all the food and drink came out in a speedy manner. We didn't notice the difference!

I haven’t even finished my meal yet but thought a 5-star review was absolutely necessary. This food is insanely good! Yum!
