Schoki Chocolate

I bought 8 bars at a craft market in December. I am overjoyed I came across The Schoki Story and their products. There was a tasting for each bar and the gentleman was passionate and informative. Each square of a bar is truly most satisfying! Thank you!

I love everything about Schoki chocolate. I love the quality. I love the flavours. I love that is is handcrafted with the utmost care and attention. I love knowing that the beans are consciously-sourced. I love that it’s made in Squamish.
All in all, I’m a proud supporter.

This is my favourite chocolate bar. So much care has gone into making these divine bars. Most milk chocolates are too sweet and bland but these have a rich, deep flavour. So addictive!

This is the best chocolate in the sea to sky! I love that it is ethically sourced and made from the bean right in Squamish. The new hot chocolate is amazing (coming from a picky hot chocolate drinker). My favourite chocolate is the dark raspberry. Love that it is a local family run business too.

These bars are made with the highest intention.
You'll pay more than a regular bar because they are made with high quality ingredients and the fair trade cocoa beans are sourced directly from the farmer. The chocolate industry is super corrupt leaving many cocoa farmers unpaid. You can find out more on the Netflix documentary series called Rotten, Season 2 "Bitter Chocolate". So paying more for a high-quality, high-vibe bar where you can count on the growers getting paid is worth it, plus you are more likely savour it.

I love all the flavours, but if I have to pick my top 2 go to's, they are, Dark milk, and the Hazelnut.

My daughter is lactose intolerant so I she gets the Oat Milk, and it is also lovely.
