I had a great experience with Tantalus doors. They went the distance to get my door fixed after it was broken in an attempted robbery.

I ordered an exterior front door and new garage door and could not be happier with the service!
I dealt with Jarret and Bryant respectively. Both were very prompt at attending my house for initial measurements and estimates. When i initially placed the order , both were up front with the timeframe for delivery (4-5 months) due to supply chain interruptions.
Within that past week both doors were installed by professional installers! The doors looks great and they left a clean area when they were finished..
I recently heard that Tantalus Doors will not be selling/installing garage doors. This unfortunate but understandable with an unreliable supply chain. I will be ordering more interior doors soon!

I was a bit apprehensive seeing how there aren't many Google reviews for Tantalus Doors yet. The experience turned out great. They were quick to respond, Ron came withing an hour of my call and fixed the garage door on the same day. He was very thorough, explained what he did, and how to adjust the lift if needed in the future. Later I had a question and got to talk to Jarret in the showroom/office. Again, he took his time to explain my options in detail. Great job and awesome customer service. Thank you.
