Cheryl has been doing all of our family photos since maternity. She is by far the most talented photographer, she makes taking photos so easy. Her work speaks for itself! I find myself looking at our photos often. LOVE LOVE LOVE her work.
Cheryl is amazing. She was super responsive to all my anxious questions. She worked with my schedule. She has infinite patience during the session and knows how to direct even the most awkward people (me me, I’m awkward 🙋♀️) Most importantly you would never ever have known how difficult my kids were being(and they were definitely difficult) The photos that she provided made it look like it was a magical loving experience, despite my uncooperative children.
She’s the best.
Cheryl was fantastic! Funny, personable, professional and a magician with our baby. She made us feel so comfortable with the experience and it was fascinating to watch her in action. If you're considering a newborn shoot, we can't recommend Grinning Weasel Photography enough!
There is no one I trust more than Grinning Weasel to go through the whole process of family/couple photos. Posing for photos can feel unnatural and even awkward but Cheryl's keen eye and attention to detail will have you in and out of positions in a very short time. She also makes it fun and silly so the time goes by quickly and your smiles are truly natural. If you're looking for outdoor photos, look no further, her knowledge of the area and outside the box thinking will have you in breathtaking scenery that you didn't even know existed. Family photos (or any photos) are an investment in your memory timeline and Grinning Weasel is 200% worth it!
Grinning Weasel does not only produce fabulous photos but Cheryl knows how to treat new parents. She pampered us with snacks and tea and even had a quiet sitting area for us to catch a few winks or to relax in for nearly 4 hours! She is gentle and nurturing when trying to take creative photographs our newborn; so much so I called her the "baby whisperer" :)
