The Brew Creek Centre

My wife and I chose Brew Creek Centre as our wedding destination for the weekend and we were INCREDIBLY blown away by the customer service, attention to details and willingness to help us through the process every step of the way. Fiona, Pamela and the entire team were beyond amazing to work with and we couldn't recommend this location and what they offer more than enough. As the COVID19 situation carries on, Brew Creek Centre has consistently been an amazingly professional and respectful business that carries itself at the highest standard.

I wanted this review to briefly highlight the food/venue/people but ultimately highlight the pure class act and gem of a business that Brew Creek Centre is.

As one of the displaced couples during these pandemic times, navigating how we wanted to proceed, Brew Creek has been patient, never rushed us and was accommodating beyond anything we could have imagined. Due to the uncertainty around group limitations, international travel and health concerns with family members, we unfortunately had to cancel our wedding but I felt compelled to write a review of the class-act that Brew Creek has been this entire time.

The People:
Every representative we interacted with at Brew Creek for our wedding was a joy to work with when planning our 'perfect day'. Everyone was incredibly attentive, responsive, experienced and well-organized and it 100% showed each time we met. Whether it was us requesting a time to visit the facilities again, scheduling a phone meeting or whatever it was, Brew Creek was quick to respond and always easy to work with.

The Food:
Having already participated in the tasting menu, the food was something both my partner and I looked forward to and was a no-brainer that it would be amazing. I'm sure other reviews will review the food better, but the fact that we never questioned or doubted it would be amazing says something.

The Venue:
A one-of-a-kind beautiful place that I wish I could've experienced with family and friends. What more could you want? A secluded, forested space to celebrate your moment with loved ones. Having your own little space to be as loud or as quiet as you want.

Now, we've made the extremely challenging decision to cancel our wedding here but I will never fail to appreciate that Brew Creek made that decision and process as painless as possible. Brew Creek was always understanding, always accommodating and always professional. I would recommend anyone getting married in BC to consider Brew Creek and will forever think of Brew Creek for any future business retreats if I have the pleasure to do so in the future.

Brew Creek is a special place, one with real heart and soul. Its grounded, natural feeling really suited us as a couple for our intimate wedding weekend. We loved how warm and welcoming it felt to be there, and that feeling carried through to our guests as well. We continue to hear from our guests how special the weekend was for THEM (as it was for us) -- it is very rewarding! The quality and execution are truly top-notch. The food was incredibly delicious, not to mention beautiful! The Brew Creek staff were exceptionally organized, responsive, and patient with our inquiries. This alleviated a lot of stress in the months leading up to the wedding. We are so grateful to have found this gem in the Sea to Sky and for the love and care that went into our wedding weekend from all involved.

We had our wedding at Brew Creek and it was magical. The locaction is amazing and made for a picturesque event. The staff were great and went above and beyond to make our time there special. The food was incredible with everyone who attended talking about it to this day. If you want an unforgettable experience I would recommend Brew Creek whole heartedly!

The People:
Every single person we interacted with at Brew Creek for our wedding was phenomenal and first-class to work with. From Pamela who we had initially met in scoping out the venue; to Fiona, who is the incredible rock star event manager -- incredibly attentive and responsive, well organized with such a keen eye for detail; to MC, who was in charge of our dining experience; to Chef Alain and his talented band of chefs to literally every last individual who made our wedding vision come alive at Brew Creek, and incredible thank you from the bottom of our heart. Professional, fun, and world-class, I cannot recommend them more.

The Food:
Certainly one of the best dining experiences we've had! From our welcome BBQ the eve of the wedding, to breakfast the morning of, to the reception dinner itself and breakfast the day after, the only thing my husband and I regretted is that we didn't get to eat more of the food! For a buffet-style service, each entree and refill was cooked to perfection. Not to mention, the excellent cocktails crafted by MC! We were working with some of the best of the best.

The Venue:
Absolutely beautiful. We truly couldn't have a picked a more gorgeous venue in Whistler (and additionally, the price we paid for it!). Every single one of our guests and family were blown away by how gorgeous the property is. Almost every room is unique in its own right, equipped with top-notch facilities and self-care products. So much room for all of our guests (70+) and the exclusivity and privacy was a brilliant feature. It truly felt like a destination wedding only an hour and a half away from our own home.

We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Brew!
