(June 11, 2020, 9:33 pm)Greatly recommend, first i bought a monk from them an i absolutely love it. Then i broke my rear wheel an i took it to my local bike shop an they told me "oh your wheel is completely broken its gonna cost you $500 to build up a new wheel". So i thought screw that I'm gonna email chromag. Got through to Ian at chromag, he said from photos on email that it looks like your axle has just snapped. So i shipped them the wheel an sure enough he was right, he fixed the axle, cleaned everything, and sent me back the wheel all in a couple days all for free. You cannot beat good customer service👌😁
