And they will research and order parts — I needed a derailleur for an older road bike, no one in Vancouver or Whistler had it on hand, Bike Co ordered and installed it within days. Always willing to engage in a conversation and come up with a great recommendation or solution. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door after dropping off my bike. The service and repair is always done on time or ahead of schedule. Reasonable prices.
