HI Whistler

Modern and very clean hostel, which is exactly what we need during these times (covid).

We got a private room -- 4 beds with a private bath -- for 3 people, which was a great value. Lots of hooks on the walls and in lockers. Bed comes with a shelf, lamp, and a plug. Each bed also got a towel.

Complaints: Fitted sheet was very scratchy, beds creaky, and wifi would cut in and out.

Location is OK. If you can, I'd recommend getting a rental car as it's at least 15 mins from the main Whistler village. Not a lot of food options around so we were always driving out to eat.

If you're looking for good value on a budget in Whistler (there aren't many), this is it.

The hostel was modern and clean. Had a really late arrival and the staff accommodated well. I appreciated the requirement to have masks on when using the kitchen. Covid definitely changed the way people stay in hostels. Wifi didn’t work up on the 4th floor where my room was so no choice but to use my data. Drive up to the village was said to be 25 mins but you can make it there in 11-12 minutes. Decent stay!

Was clean and the common areas looked nice. It's a quiet beautiful area but quite far from the village (15 to 20 minute drive) nothing much in the area. We got a private room was clean, bed was awful though very creaky and uncomfortable. Room was also extremely hot, we adjusted thermostat but the sign above said it takes up to 3 hours but even after that time temperature didnt change.

Nice place, modern, welcoming, and clean. 2 small problems I had with the hostel: the beds were not super comfortable and I would also add some kind of privacy curtains for each bunk. Other than that, I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and I loved Cheaky's cafe for breakfast.
