James and the guys at The Fix are legit. They solved a problem I had that 2 other reputable shops tried and failed at fixing. Beyond that, they did a few other things i requested aswell and did it all in a timely fashion, had my bike back same day and has been running great ever since.
Big thanks to these guys and I wont be bringing my bike anywhere else now.

Friendly crew, fast turnaround and best mechanics in town. I've been to most bike shops in town over the years, but James's Fix is the best in town, hands down. And the bonus - extremely reasonable prices. This is the only place I take my bikes to in Whistler.

I stumbled upon The Fix while parking our vehicle to have a beer at Coast Mountain with the family. I ended up spending more time with the owner of The Fix, James. He was welcoming and gave me a tour of the shop and his current projects. Quite impressive operation. James, thank you for the tour. I'll be back when you get the espresso machine working. Cheers!

I was in a pickle trying to get some bearings off my shock that 2 other shops in town were not able to take off... These guys got them off in under 2 minutes flat! Saved me from driving back to North Van with a shock that couldn't get serviced - I am so thankful! Super nice and welcoming shop. My new go-to in Whistler.
