Whistler Towing

Whistler towing helped me out of a jam on the long weekend when nobody else would help. They could have charged me an arm and a leg but didn't. They went above and beyond, highly recommended.

I locked my keys inside my vehicle, 10min adtwr i called whisler towing, some one came and helped me.

So I got towed ( during Covid ) from the IGA parking lot. I over shot my free parking lot by half an hour. I keyed in my number plate but the ticket said number on-site not registered. I then drive to the towing company it was pouring rain I had to wait at the gate in the pouring rain for more than half an hour. I wanted to leave as I already am I’ll. The tow company said you cannot leave as we will charge you more if you leave. So I stood there in the pouring rain for 45 minutes. Then the tow guy pulls up. No covid process no mask. Takes me into this small cramped shed. To pay. No sanitizer no nothing. I decided to put a mask on. I was freaked. Charged me $185. On a card machine that was definitely not sanitary. I had the worst experience ever. And this is in Whistler. Gross. The guy on the phone was rude. No covid precautions were followed. I felt disgusted leaving the place. I hope I don’t get covid. Shame on whistler parking for doing this to people.
