We have nothing but good words for the team of Whistler Shuttle! They have been great to communicate with, always available, flexible and super responsive team. Thank you Victoria, the drivers David, Lee, and the names I can not remember for all your help to our guys during these few weeks and the great support you provided our clients. We really appreciate it! Whistler Shuttle have gave our clients a peace of mind travelling during these COVID Times when they needed to make sure to have reliable transport to Whistler to start their isolation period for 14 days, they always made it work! Excellent Service! Very easy to reach when you arrive Vancouver. We had unexpected delays due to air traffic but that was no problem with our reservation. Very easy to coordinate return from Whistler to VA airport. Very friendly staff and quick response to doubts or assistance.

The shuttle was on time, clean and comfortable both coming and going from Vancouver airport to Whistler. They dropped us right off at the door of our condo and picked us up there as well. The drivers were courteous and helpful. Our driver, Lee, had ready answers for our questions and arranged a comfort stop at a beautiful spot along the water during our trip up to the mountains. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone traveling to Whistler.

We had great service from Whistler shuttle. Everything went smoothly even when half of our party missed their connection and arrived several hours late. They were easily accommodated on a later shuttle. Drivers were professional. Our driver back to Vancouver, can’t remember his name, gave commentary on the scenery, what to look for and went above and beyond. Thank you!

This service was very convenient. I was able to save money by not renting a car to get up to Whistler. There is room for improvement. After I checked in with the desk at the airport, I was not on the list for the 2pm bus up the mountain, after being told that was my bus. I ended up speaking with 5 different reps, including a phone call to their customer service, to figure out which bus I was on. After 1.5 hours, someone finally “got me on a list”. The ride back was much better. The driver Larry was awesome. He’s professional, friendly, informative, funny, and got us comfortable back to the airport. He was the most delightful person I interacted with at this company. As convenient as this service was, I will shop around before booking them for my next trip.
