I had a wonderful hairstylist in Edmonton and figured I would not be so lucky here. Well I saw Good Hair Day and gave it a visit. I met the owner Sarah and what I would discover is an incredible wonderful, talented ,kind and absolute genus that could make my hair actually look fantastic!!! Good Hair Day is a fantastic salon with great products and you can count on looking way better when you leave then when you arrived. Their prices are very reasonable. “Best Barber Shop in the Whistler/Pemberton area and one of the best cuts I’ve ever had! The shop itself is incredibly unique with an interesting collection of local indigenous art each with it’s own specific history and heritage. The proprietor is intelligent and articulate with an incredible disposition, it’s so refreshing to have an edifying and humorous conversation while getting your hair cut it, all while you are relaxed and enjoying the experience! She does have a massage chair so if you are lucky she’ll place you in there for a bit and reduce you to a puddle of relaxation before trimming your hair! I don’t live in the area but now I really wish that I did because now when I get my hair cut I always wish that I was back there! Once you’ve had the best it’s hard to settle for less! I love this place!”

“I was initially worried about coming here after seeing the reviews but decided to give it a try anyway. Needless to say I was not disappointed. I was greeted by the wonderful staff who gave me paperwork was very detailed and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I wanted an acne cleaning facial. They made sure that I was well taken care of and my esthetician gave me one of the best facials that I've ever had she spent extra time with me and made sure that my face was feeling amazing after the treatment. she made sure that I knew that I could sit in the lounge and drink their tea as well as gave me chocolate afterwards I cannot speak for any other treatment here but I want to say that my facial is everything that I could hope it was for and the staff was amazing”

“Alpine Esthetics is a lovely little studio in function with so much to offer! In the past, I got a manicure with Jen before my wedding which was perfect and exactly what I wanted. More recently, I got a Dermaplane facial which was relaxing and left my skin super smooth (and hairless!) It was the best facial I’ve ever had. Usually when I get facials, my skin looks blotchy and tired. This was the first facial where I felt like my face actually glowed! I think everyone should try this one- it really makes you feel so fresh and clean. Jen is an expert, and makes you feel comfortable and refreshed.”

“I recently enjoyed the best spa treatment ever here! The whole experience was incredible and relaxing. The spa and amenities are gorgeous, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My therapist was Grace and my treatment consisted of a body scrub, mud wrap, and extended massage. I would definitely recommend going for the massage add on for more time, it was so worth it, I am glad I did! Grace was amazing and I felt so relaxed. Grace worked wonders on my back and my skin was so soft after the scrub and mud wrap. Perfect for dry winter skin! I will be booking in with Grace and visiting the spa again soon. Thank you :)”
