Kevin is AMAZING.
It's so hard to find a contractor etc anywhere that's available these days, and he has gone above and beyond with the issues we found in our older home that we have bought.
He is extremely friendly, and a "pet whisperer" to Boot. (Even Demon cat has to come for rubs from him, which says more than I can say.)
Cannot recommend Highly enough. :)
