He was concerned about me, wanted to help, talked with me, did a treatment and then gave me some exercises to do from home. I felt comfortable and felt heard. Both receptionists Amanda and Kelly have been wonderful at booking and then rearranging appointments due to weather. If you are looking to go to Physio definitely try this place.
