(December 12, 2023, 1:47 am)We used Amy to buy our Cortes Hideaway and we really couldn't be any more pleased. Her insider knowledge of the island was invaluable and her calm but persistent approach kept us on point and moving forward without feeling pressured.
It really was unbelievable how she went above and beyond for us. She coordinated all the local details of the purchase, including arranging a well test and a quote for a new septic system. With her help with were able to purchase our dream property from a different Province.
We highly recommend Amy for anybody looking at buying or selling properties on Cortes Island.

She understands Cortes and knows when to suggest we speak with an attorney. She is kind and cheerfull...and she was patient with two young seniors.
