Very kind and helpful. I’m grateful they are on the island - and have a pharmacy- as it’s two ferries to the next nearest clinic.
I’ve had mostly pleasant experiences with this clinic, for bloodwork only, and had no issues in the past, however, I had recently spoken to Heidi at reception and she was very rude and short with me on the phone when I was simply just trying to get information and some more bloodwork done. It felt very unprofessional, she kept cutting me off and then instantly said they don’t do that kind of bloodwork I needed done when I’ve gotten it done here before, without explaining why she said they wouldn’t do it.
Very unprofessional.
Gave 3 stars because I’ve had good experiences with the others but I’d give one star simply because of this one woman.
For us to have such a full fledged clinic with wonderful staff on such a small island is such a blessing! Thank you
