Really appreciate Dale's helpfulness today. I have an older, off-warranty Echo trimmer that had a broken part in the carb. I called to see if they could sell me a new carb and Dale suggested I bring it in. He went to the back and found a broken carb from which I could get my part. He could have easily sold me a new one instead. I was back in business an hour later (incl a good project with my boy) instead of waiting for a week or more for a special order. Not many businesses take the "long view" on customers this way, and its appreciated. I'm already a repeat customer and will be back :)

Dale and his team are always very helpful and offer great advice and suggestions. They put in the effort to make sure we have what we need to get our jobs done efficiently.

A very knowledgeable and friendly team of people. I found them truly helpful and insightful on how to best get the job done and I really appreciated their straight forward, honest attitude. Highly recommended.
