A couple websites said it would take an hour and it was steep up hill - round trip was ~34 minutes and we stopped to look at tidal pools at the point. A few parts were steep, but nothing horrible (elevation change was 50m). If you're moderately fit, this should be fine.”

“I have visited Suncoast Body Works in both locations - Garden Bay and West Sechelt. Every time I have had a relaxing, deeply comforting session and have come to trust Scott completely during Ortho Bionomy treatments. I have frozen shoulder arising out of a bad fall on hardwood floors in November of 2015, and I find so much relief through Ortho Bionomy. I didn't even know I had multiple dislocated ribs and that the left side of my rib cage was pushing up under my shoulder on that side, making physio and other exercise completely unhelpful until everything was straightened out. Both locations are very quiet and serene. I love that I can run down the hill to the one in West Sechelt and be in a lovely little cabin with gentle music and Scott's quiet voice as he uses gentle traction and shifting of limbs and and joints to relieve deep tension. Now if I would only stop doing things I shouldn't and give my shoulder time to recover (sorry, Scott!)”

“Linda was super nice accommodating us with an early check in with our Waterfront Cabin. We stayed for 3 days and two nights over Christmas . Every thing was perfect ! We had family visit us at the cabin on Xmas day and it was excellent for a Xmas get together. My husband probably spent about 30 hours in the hot tub, and I enjoyed it too! We would highly recommend this resort! We have already booked our next stay for February 2021. My husband asked me to add in the review that he would have liked bathrobes provided. Cant wait 'til February to be back !”

“Bruce and Dane replaced our aged propane boiler and HW tank with a Navien Combi-Boiler. The new system provides domestic HW (on-demand, tankless) as well as hot water for radiant heat (5 zones). They replaced a spaghetti mess of piping with an uncomplicated and sensible system to circulate hot water through the house for heating. Materials and workmanship are high-quality, and we love the new boiler, which uses a fraction of the propane now. Two thumbs up!”

“Nice pads on the Marina. Loved the view even though it was sometimes blocked by the smoke from the forest fires down south. Well stocked store on site. Lots of places to explore by car nearby. Nine hole golf course was challenging but fun. Will return next year.”
