“For anyone who is reading this review or contemplating taking part in Jenna’s retreat then I advise you to do one thing - Be brave and simply book it. I was at cross roads in my life and having some personal problems along with a minor physical injury. Coming on the retreat has already changed my outlook on life and improved me as a person. I don’t say this lightly but it was the best decision I’ve ever made. It is for everyone of all ages, shape & size. From flexible people to injured people it was simply a group of people together on a memorable journey. The staff at the retreat are also first class and so very accommodating. I’m not a natural happy joyous person but several times during the retreat I just smiled for no reason and I could feel the smile inside of me, something I had never felt before. I had never done yoga or meditation however it is something I will now integrate with my normal daily life. I believe this retreat will help me to continue a relationship with my children and be a good father which was one of my reasons for coming here. I rate Jenna’s retreat so strongly that I have decided to book my Mother one the next one in Bali.
