good place to stay facility is needs to upgrade Harrison the manager and owner Sukhdeep Rai is so helpful He helped group of cyclist from Texas 400 to provide free showers as they ride from texas to alaska fundraising for cancer research

Nice basic roadside motel in a great location. We are staying for two nights and so far very pleased with the set up. There is a small fridge and microwave. Sheets and towels are spotless and white. I had a hot shower and the heat in the room worked easily. Netflix, Disney etc.. to stream anything you want on a new model flatscreen tv. General store across the street is handy too. The pub next door is closed but the Sugar shack 2 min up the road is supposed to be good for breakfast. The owner, Harrison, is really nice and helpful too.

I was on a week long hunt pretty close to the area, the weather took a turn for the worst and I got a room here. Beds comfortable and clean, room clean and warm, tv tons of shows, shower with hot water, soap and shampoo included. Rates were good! Owner was a super nice guy. Everything is relative, is it a room at the Empress Hotel in Victoria? No, but I had a picture of the Empress in my room which I thought was funny and I'm also paying a reasonable rate to stay warm and dry my gear out. Just a shout out to the staff too who were super flexible with me taking a room day by day. I was stuck up there while the floods were hitting the Sumas prairies and I woulda' froze my ars off or had to pay a fortune to stay in a super 8, or whatever is in 100 mile. Give it a chance, I did and I liked it. Only complaint is the walls are a little thin, but I am a VERY light sleeper so I use ear plugs when I sleep any way and it cured the issue.

A hospitable owner rented us a cozy room with a comfortable bed. Welcomed us and our little fur baby late at night. We woke up and went to the restaurant, which is attached, for a wholesome breakfast. Great experience... Thank you
