We were in a bad situation far from our home in Oregon. My daughter called a parts store in Cache Creek and they recommended this business. Our diesel truck threw a check engine light and than started loosing power. We called and talked to Jacob and he told us how to get the truck out of limp mode and get it into him to see what was going on. He checked the codes and said they indicated a fuel filter issue. We just had the fuel filter replaced 4 days ago during routine maintenance. He found some other things that it could be but it really didn't look like those. He did some more research and apparently found a loose fuel filter would do that too. Sure enough the fuel filter was not put on tight. He tightened it and so far the truck is running great. We so appreciate Jacob and would highly recommend him. Beings we are just passing through he could have charged us a lot as we were at his mercy. He saved our day and is very reasonably priced.
