“We had a bearing and axel issue with our boat trailer at the boat launch in Savona on a Saturday. Our trailer was not towable back to Kamloops. A very kind local resident let us tie up our boat to their buoy for a couple of nights and gave us Dawn’s Service phone number. On the Monday my husband called Blair and he was quick to help and went above and beyond to help my husband to get the trailer fixed and back on the road in a day. “Our truck broke down on a Friday afternoon just before closing. I contacted Wayne at Jim Walsh and he was fantastic! He stayed open at the shop until we got there and then stored the truck overnight. Safe and secure. He called a parts shop and had them make a delivery from a different town on the Saturday mid morning. He had us on the road before noon! Fantastic service, extremely fair price and very friendly! My car is a highly modified sports car with a 2 stage racing clutch, so I had some reservations at first. After dealing with OK Tire I now realize how lucky I was. Will, the manager or owner(?), was polite, professional, and understanding of my predicament. He quickly was able to settle my anxiety by having a very solid and knowledgeable Mechanic, Brian, troubleshoot my issue. After quickly diagnosing my issue and ordering parts I was driven to the airport to catch a quick plane home. I returned the following week, by plane, to pick up my car with no issues.
