Marigold Fishing Resort

Family just bought a lake house nearby and got to talking to the owner. What a great guy! Really appreciate their kindness and willingness to answer questions about the lake. Haven't been in the cabins but the place looks great outside! Seems like a great place to take your family, as this lake is just gorgeous. Friendly and kind owners. Check them out!

First time back since we were last here 20 years ago. Absolutely wonderful time, hosts Christine and Eddie were great and made sure we were happy. Some areas (not the resort) still black from the 2017 fires but the lake itself is as lovely as we remembered it. We are definitely coming back to Marigold!

Fantastic location. Caught a lot of trout on the fly, it was a good practice for next weeks World Championships in Kamloops where we will represent The Netherlands. Eddie and Christine are very kind and helpful. Cabins are rustic and everything you need is there. On the balcony you have a beautiful view over the lake. Sitting there with your fresh caught trout on the barbeque is a amazing experience.

Thanks for a great trip, Eddie and Christine were very friendly and the resort has never looked better, the store was well stocked with food necessities and fishing lures, the cabin was clean and fresh,the kitchen had everything we needed, our barbecue was clean and up-to-date, loved the big deck it was the" bomb" thanks Eddie 😆,
The Pontoon boat was wonderful , relaxing and easy to use,
Our little dog fit in well with the owners wonderful dog Bailey and their 2 friendly cats, thank you for being a dog friendly resort,

Older cabins but don't let that mess with you! They are waterfront and have a great view! There are BBQs available to use and propane to buy or bring your own tank. If you really need the connection, there is free wifi. This place is fantastic! Owners are so personable, Eddie and Christie, they treat you like family. They have a playground for those who don't want to be on the lake. Swimming is great, especially when it's hot. They have boat rentals and additional docks if you bring your own. You can even fish off the dock and hook into some good sized fish! There's ice cream in the shop for a cool treat. Definitely a family oriented place. My boys had so much fun neither wanted to leave, I think there was tears from each at some point. We will be back!
