(March 7, 2021, 3:54 pm)Great customer service from the parts department as usual, my only grievance is their pricing for generic parts is really bad. Sadly they don't have the ability to compete due to JD policy so my 100% of nothing rule kicked in and I went to my regular local parts store and saved more than half on those items that are not specialized. Can't fault the guys in parts for what a bean counter in head office can't grasp.
