“My car recently left me stranded on a road trip from out of Province. With my clutch gone and in close proximity to OK tire I had no other options. My car is a highly modified sports car with a 2 stage racing clutch, so I had some reservations at first. After dealing with OK Tire I now realize how lucky I was. Will, the manager or owner(?), was polite, professional, and understanding of my predicament. He quickly was able to settle my anxiety by having a very solid and knowledgeable Mechanic, Brian, troubleshoot my issue. After quickly diagnosing my issue and ordering parts I was driven to the airport to catch a quick plane home. I returned the following week, by plane, to pick up my car with no issues. This is a fine establishment with great management and qualified mechanics. Quality work at fair and transparent pricing. Thank you Will, Thank you Brian. “I bought a Atlanta pellet stove from Herb at the Kamloops Pellet store and HERE I HAVE TO BE HONEST. I LOVE it and it has saved me a fortune in electricity and propane costs this year. I am now a retired person on pension so heating costs mean a lot to me especially when it is -15 or more here in Cache Creek. I live in a 40 foot Rv and installed this unit but was warned by Herb it might be over kill. Well it is not due to the fact ( you can set the stove temp automaticly) of poor insulation in trailer. normally I get by with less than a 40 lb bag of SPF pellets a day but went it dips to -15 or more I go thru 2 bags per 24 hours. Ok so you are going to ask how does it preform. Well I had a warranty related prob a month or so after I bought it, a damn rocker on/off switch failed. I called herb to explain the prob and he said he had a replacement part there. I drove to his store to get part and installed it. Works perfect now. He at this time told me he would ship or if near me bring any parts out if in the vicinity right away. The heat from this stove is dry unlike propane- where windows sweat etc. I now have no moisture problems so no mold concerns etc. I do not care where this stove was built, as it works excellent and keeps me warm, so I would say in all honesty that for the price compared to other pellet stoves this is an awesome buy and stove. This stove cost me about the same as people try to sell a used one for. All said and done all I can say is thanks Herb!!1”

“As a regular customer of Clarity, I can say this store is amazing - during certain times of the day. The morning staff (who I believe include the manager) seem to lack knowledge, are cliquey, unwelcoming and quite rude. On the other hand, the evening staff bring a different energy to the store. They are knowledgeable, welcoming, and always engage in conversation. Recently when I went to the store they didn’t have what I wanted, but the worker named Lexi helped me find a similar bud to what I was looking for, as well as suggested other types of bud I’d probably like. 3 stars for the store but if I could rate Lexi she would get 5 stars. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and works with you to find what you’re looking for”
