I visited VW of Kamloops interested in the 2021 Jetta GLI and I was greeted by the bright and cheerful Ashley.

Throughout my entire experience, she was in constant contact with me, answering all of my questions and making sure I was always informed on what was happening next. Her infectious excitement and positive demeanor was wonderful and refreshing to deal with. It is rare to come in contact with a salesperson like Ashley, who treats you like a human being, instead of a bigger number on their next pay.

On my initial visit, the GLI that was on their lot had unfortunately been sold, but Ashley got to work straight away looking around for another. After some searching, it seemed that every GLI in the province was sold, however she did not give up there. After contacting VW Canada, she was able to get a brand new GLI shipped from factory to dealership just for me to test. Needless to say, I fell in love with this brilliant sport sedan rather swiftly.

Ashley and Terry then went to work helping me to prep my trade-in to get the absolute best value for it, and I was very pleased with the final price I did get for it. They also helped me get a few personal extra's included in the financing (window tint and lowering springs). A few days (and several signatures) later, I was driving home in my brand new GLI, grinning ear to ear.

The excellent service didn't stop once the purchase was complete either. Terry made sure everything was in order for my lowering springs to be installed at our local VW Specialists shop, and when it came time for the tint to go in, Ashley herself took my car to have this work done.

Odin was not able to find the Colour/Option combo Atlas for us but he tried with other dealers, unsuccessfully. He was personable and listened. Even assisting in purchasing parts though we bought the Atlas somewhere else! Good guy
