I was just getting into Merritt heading west when a semi shared a nice big rock which chipped my brand new window. I knew I would not be able to get it fixed at the coast, so I stopped in Merritt to see if anybody could help me out. Boyd took me in right away and got me back on the road as soon as possible.

During essential travel, I noticed an issue with my vehicle while driving. It was a bit of a distance home and I didn't feel comfortable driving that long with my car in that condition. I stopped in Merritt and called Boyd Autobody & Glass and Kelvin picked up. I told him what I thought the issue was (I don't know too much about cars) and he said come to them and he would have someone take a look. When I arrived Kelvin was very professional and friendly and I didn't have to wait at all which was awesome. The mechanic took a thorough look and told me exactly what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable. I wanted to get to home sooner than later, so the mechanic said that he could do a temporary repair. He repaired the car in a timely manner and Kelvin physically showed me what I would need to get done when I arrived home and also gave me an estimate of what it would cost. On top of this great service, the guys were kind enough to do this temporary repair at no cost so I could get home safely. I am so impressed with their business practice and I will definitely be getting future repairs with Boyd. Thank you so much for your kindness!
