(December 16, 2020, 4:40 pm)Einfeld's always has excellent bread, loaves, tarts, rolls, and of course smile cookies. Their pecan loaves are especially good, with a sweet, gummy underside that has pecans baked into it. It is amazing as toast. Their pizza rolls are really tasty too. Always a destination!

(May 25, 2019, 12:57 pm)Iconic bakery with delicious breads, cookies, and desserts. Not fancy but always flavorful. According to the Winnipeg Free Press, imperial cookies were born here about 100 years ago, in the form of “dream cookies,” a must-try. They freeze well too. (This place is a ketogenic nightmare, though, for anyone not eating carbs.)
