We've now owned our Arctic Spa for a year. We did extensive research (in-person & online) before our purchase and our experience backs up our research - the quality of Arctic Spas is amazing, and their service is friendly, prompt, and complete.
Dustin was not pushy and answered every question we had, even if it meant doing additional research of his own.
I would highly recommend an Arctic Spa to anyone looking for a spa!

The other week I had a problem with my sound system, and Dustin sent help out the very same day to rectify the problem. Thanks guys you are awesome.

(July 30, 2018, 12:09 am)I want to let you know, if you buy a hot tub from Arctic spas of Manitoba, they will be there in case something goes wrong, or something breaks or a heater goes out or a pump quits. They sell a quality product, I’ve own mine since 2004, and had very few issues, but when I’ve had issues they were always there fast and fix it in no time.

Now we have the information need to make the right choice for are needs. Thank you for that. I would definitely recommend Artcic Spas to a friend and family member. Hope to make a decision soon.
