An amazing little secret in southern Manitoba. We are well known for our Bee's but a family has taken what is common and know for it's top-notch honey. To a top-notch wine and meadery. I have yet to taste such a dreamy sensation. In known to many outsiders. Southern Manitoba is magnificent bee territory and with our usual ( Icelandic) Viking heritage. It only makes sense to form a first-rate meadery. I recommend this little gem to anyone in Manitoba or outsiders looking for that perfect "Taste of Manitoba". I highly recommend this treat. To any aspiring sommeliers to entice their palates.
