Great gym. Sean, the owner, is friendly but very motivating. Every day is a different workout - and always challenging. Great prices as well, won't get anything better in the city.
If you're goal is to increase your overall fitness, I'd highly recommend this gym. They have a great atmosphere there and the Impact staff is always there for you every step of the way. Pop by and give them a shot!!
This is a great circuit Training gym. The facility is simple and clean. It is very reasonably priced for this type of customized, small group fitness.
Great place to work out. Friendly staff and owner who will kick your a**. So if you’re lucking motivation - this is the right place. New work out every day, more space in the new building, however I liked the Waverly location more as it was closer to my place. Also the Physiotherapy centre is great here!
Sean gives you the work out of a life time. He cares about the workout you're getting. The staff at Impact are genuinely kind people. They go out of their way to make sure you're receiving an amazing work out. The facilities are always clean and the facility is large!
