I just finished my second TPF Challenge. The first was online and the second challenge was the in class bootcamps! I feel amazing and I’m down 20lbs this challenge, 55lbs in total since starting the challenge in the spring of 2018 and a total of 32.5 inches lost! The TPF team has given me the tools I need to love food in a different way, to work out effectively and the keys to my health. Before I started I was the heaviest I ever was in my life with a family history of hypertension and I was pre-diabetic. I had a recent physical with my doctor and I’ve been given a clean bill of health! Normal resting heart rate, normal blood pressure and cholesterols levels all normal! This is MAJOR for me! They really do care about your fitness journey and most importantly they put emphasis on sustainability rather than quick results. I am so glad I started, one of the best decions I’ve made in my life! Thank you so much Alex, JT and Morgan!
